They would definitely be great for your expansion stuff. If you could do the full expansion and then show a set of boobies like that, it would be a big seller. And you're right, they're probably not inflatable, probably some sort of light foam rubber covered with latex of some sort.

Yes, you are right they are not inflatables, but you could just cut to a foam set after the inflation scene has completed. Then you have the best of both worlds.
