Now, we already know how they do that shit over in Singapore. When you are sentenced to a caning, you are getting your ass split wide open. So this poor sucker is getting his ass beat for sniffing arm pits. He did touch them, too, in an unspecified manner. But the focus is on his armpit sniffing. He's about to get his ass tore for some arm pit sniffing.

SINGAPORE - A Singapore man with a penchant for sniffing women's armpits was sentenced to 14 years in jail and 18 strokes of the cane for molesting his victims, a local newspaper reported Friday.

The 36-year-old, who the Straits Times said was mentally unstable, had previous convictions for drug and sex-related offences.

He molested 23 women over the course of 15 months, smelling their armpits and touching them in elevators, staircase landings and their homes, the paper said. He was caught after a housewife reported him to the police.

The court meted out the jail term, normally reserved for hardcore criminals, saying the man was likely to commit crimes again, the paper reported.

Caning on the buttocks is an additional punishment for male criminals in Singapore for offenses ranging from vandalism to illegal possession of drugs and rape.

Yes, women are treated differently over there. But so are a lot of the men, they are harsh on crime. I can't emphasize to people enough about not fucking around in those foreign countries. If you don't know the laws and customs you are taking a serious risk of being beaten, imprisoned, or even executed.

If he would have just stolen some panties for sniffing without touching any of the women then he would have gotten the usual punishment for stealing, about 6 lashes.
