Hello and Thanks for Asking!

Look at the top of the page for the link called "User CP" (CP=Control Panel).

There you can set all kinds of stuffs. In the column on the left, look for "Set Avatar".

If that's not enough explanation, I'm sure it's in the FAQ (or somewhere!) in greater detail!
