High heels or barefoot?

Okay, so feet/legs/high heels are supposed to be the most common fetish for guys. When do you feel footwear is appropriate/desirable? Or do you prefer seeing the wrinkles on a pretty foot? If heels, what kind/color are the best?

Shoes, shoes, shoes... hm. Well, I like that tennis shoes and work boots tend to make feet really sweaty, but I'm not fond of their appearance, for the most part (I've seen some cute work boots).
